The Italian De’Longhi group, a family business with a history of over a century, which has expanded the production capacity of the factory in Jucu, Cluj County, with a new hall where coffee makers will be built. De’Longhi entered the local market more than five years ago and gradually invested 50 million euros in the production of coffee espresso makers and small appliances.

The importance of this production unit is also seen in figures, more precisely in the evolution of the main financial indicators of De’Longhi Romania. The turnover grew steadily, year by year, posting increases of 30-40% or even more, so that it approaches 1.3 billion lei in 2018.

The factory has been profitable since the first year of production, and the number of employees has grown steadily to over 2,000.
