The BLJ113 multifunctional building belongs to the Bosch group, which represents the extension and consolidation of offices in a distinct building for management and laboratory functions.

In the management process of this project the Confirm Constructii team implemented the LCM (Lean Construction Management) method and the BIM (Building Information Modelling) design. The project was successfully completed, was in the initial graph, but more importantly, in the initial budget.
