The existing assembly of constructions has as main function the production of semi-baked and frozen bakery products.

Besides the other buildings intended for the main function, there are buildings for the support, technical – administrative functions.

As facilities, roads and interior platforms, green spaces have been provided.

The land is fenced and it has 43775 sqm, in its premises are arranged roads, platforms and car parks related to the existing objective.
