The Research Center of the Bosch Engineering Department from Cluj Napoca has a new home, since this project was finalized (December 2019). The proposed construction is actually a proposal that represents first phase of development of the former platform of the “Flacara”, textile factory near the central area and the Somes river.

The building has mixed functions (S + P + 6E + Et) and an underground parking lot, located both under the building and partially under the landscaped land.

The construction has a built area of 1893.80 sqm and a total developed area of 17525.50 sqm. Bosch company wanted to create a pleasant workspace for the Engineering Department, but also leisure and relaxation areas for them, thus increasing the productivity and efficiency of the employees.
